Renting terms and conditions:

· Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. In case of bad weather, it is the client's responsibility to check the forecast and decide accordingly. No last-minute refunds.

· Rescheduling Policy – Sessions can be rescheduled within a maximum of 3 months from the original booking date.

· Court Access – Do not climb fences to enter or exit the courts. Any damage caused will result in repair charges.

· Net Adjustments – If you need the net height adjusted, please inform our staff. Do not attempt to adjust it yourself, as damages will be charged.

· No Smoking & No Littering – Smoking and littering are strictly prohibited. Please use the designated trash bins to keep the venue clean.

· Equipment Use – Only authorized balls and equipment are allowed on the courts. Personal training tools must be approved by management.

· Safety First – Play responsibly. Any injuries must be reported immediately to our staff. The venue is not responsible for accidents due to reckless play.

· Noise & Music – Be mindful of others. Loud music or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

· Dress Code – Proper sportswear is required. No jeans, sandals, or inappropriate attire on the courts.

· Session Timing – Please respect booking times. Overstaying beyond your session may result in additional charges.

· Rental Capacity – For court rentals, the maximum number of players allowed is 8. If you have more than 8 players, please contact Elite Volleyball before booking to make necessary arrangements.
